I have Cableone but it keeps dropping and causing my modem to reboot. The useless CS Reps try to blame my modem. I bought a new one and the problem continues. Frustrating since the phone company internet sucks worse. Anyone else have this problem

We are super happy with Cable One! We had CenturyLink before and it was so awful ! It went out constantly and our bill was a different price every month 😡

I definitely have problems with the service. It drops a ton and I have a new router as well.

Assuming you're seeing the loss of connection at your modem (not router)... Check with your neighbors to see if they're having similar issues- can help narrow the scope of the problem. If it's only your house, do a quick visual check of the cable box outside your home and the path the line running to it makes to the nearest utility pole/junction box.... Look for damage/where large plant roots could have grown into it/etc. Can rule out a couple easy issues.

Having the same issue suddenly for the past couple of weeks. Would drop Cable One if there were a viable alternative. Any other service providers out there besides Century Link?

We had the same problem at our old home. Yeah couldn't figure it out. Our new place is great though. Good thing to as the phone company didn't have high speed internet here.

Give a call in and request a tech to come out and take a look, you wont be charged for it and they can take a look at lines coming into the house and test them to find out where the problem is

My Cable One Internet works great. I use a netgear router/modem I got from BestBuy. I have DIRECTV and use the DOD, it works great, so not sure what your issue is. I did not pay my bill for 5 months - thought it was in auto pay - it wasn't - and it did not get shut off, LOL

Cable and internet been off since 3 am... Says doing repairs or upgrades on phone the last 7 hrs or so, but happens all the time here every other weekend it seems have times or even days like now with no service.. In some ways centurylink was alot better, just slow sadly
