The manager of this location was very rude. I had a glass figure fall out of my cart and break. There was glass all over the floor. When I found an employee (who I later found out was the manager) to let them know what happened she was very rude. I walked up to her and said "Excuse me ma'am, this glass figure fell out of my cart and broke." Her first response was "If you do that again you'll be paying for it." I never told her that I wouldn't pay for it! When I finally got to the check out this same lady walks up to the cashier right in front of me and tells her "You have to much cash in your till. You need to deposit it right now." The cashier replied "OK, just let me finish up with my customer and I'll do that." The manager said "No, you'll do it right NOW!" The cashier, bless her heart, said "No, I'll do it as soon as I finish with my customer." When the manager walked away I asked "Is that the manager?" She told me she was. First, I can't believe that a manager would treat customers like this! And second, I can't believe that she would treat an employee like that IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER!! I've worked in customer service for 20 years. This behavior is unacceptable. That manager needs to receive further training in his to interact with customers AND how to treat employees. And she owes that cashier an apology. I won't be returning to this chain of stores.
