Hi Rudolph, We only carry the 30'' white farmhouse sink right now. It doesn't come in 28'' in width unfortunately. Thank you
The MAP pricing for this vanity is $1149 + tax. It comes with vanity cabinet, countertop, sink, and mirror. The price does not come with a faucet. It can't be sold without a top because the top is already attached to the cabinet. See if this helps. Thank you!
