Our finished basement recently flooded and we came home to find to 4" of water down there. Needless to say, we were upset about the situation. After we spoke with our insurance agent, they directed us to contact Servpro for the water removal. Shortly after calling their dispatch center, Mike called us back and was amazing right from the beginning. He helped put our mind to ease and made us feel like we were in good hands. When Matt and Mike showed up to remove the water and flooring, this excellent customer service continued. On the scale of damage, ours was considered rather high. Servpro had their work cutout as the entire basement wound up being gutted, but honestly, all of the guys had such a great demeanor throughout the process. Our basement is a heavily used area in our home, and our young children have a playroom down there, so we were very concerned about water and mold damage. Servpro was amazing about making sure these issues would not be a problem and put a lot of attention to detail in ensuring our family's safety. They also provided guidance as to what the claims process would be like and how we will be able to rebuild the basement. Matt, Mike, Gus, and Jeff, thank you all so much for being so great and helping us through an unfortunate situation. You all helped reassure that we were in good hands.
