If your going to move here plan on being as cold inside as it is outside, there's no insulation in these walls and it gets just as cold in here as it is outside. Expect high heat bills, and bring your Alaskan furs for winter. Learn to talk soft to the walls are paper thin. Windows also air. Would be a great apartment down south where its warm year round, but this is a below zero winter type state not a warm weather state. Don't even know how this place passed city coding. I've stayed in some pretty bad Spokane apartments and this is by far the coldest place I've been in. Elevator is like an ice box. I'd give minus stars if it allowed me to. Better off staying on a park bench save your rent money.
