These apartments need to be condemned by the city! They are a dangerous health hazard to those living there. I can't believe the slumlords who own them have not yet been held accountable. Some apartments lack flooring or heating! People are living on concrete sub floors for $1300+ a month! They are taking advantage of the working poor who have no other choice due to Spokane's insane housing crisis. Living in a tent would be safer than living here. I am horrified at what I saw and will be contacting the proper authorities.

Not a bad place had decent neighbors for the most part! Great size. Good amenities but had mold problems and later ants. Maintenance always came and fixed it though. Not a bad place to live!

This apartment complex is horrible. The staff made it seem great when I was given a tour, but after moving in, I was very disappointed. Dog poop everywhere, careless and useless staff, crackheads living I almost every apartment, gunshots and police almost every night, dirty, residents would smoke cigarettes in the laundry room, homeless people also living in the laundry rooms, and so much more horrible things. Do not live here!!!!!!!! Or In Serrano apartments. It's run by the same staff, and has the same problems. Don't let them fool you!

Those 5 stars have to be lying! This place was terrible especially now with the new owners. So i moved here about a year and a half ago and i thought the place was great friendly neighbors extremley friendly staff decent square footage low rent i thpight it was too good to be true i was right! The nice staff seemed to disappear overnight i put in a work order for weather stripping on the door the day i moved in. It wasnt even fixed by the time i moved out. All the sudden no-one seems helpful at all even when im PAYING THEM the rent they seem to have an attitude. The neighborhood is ghetto as hell ive had freaking methheads attempt to break into my vehicles along with other criminals attemting the same thing. Costing me thousands in repair to the vehicles. Speaking of vehicles dont even think about backing into your parking spot (Even if you pay for it!) Otherwise youll be subject to a 100 dollar fine! Other down right wrong things ive seen here (or heard) gunshots sometimes weekley sometimes daily. Littering, dogs not on leash, a brothel being run out of one of the units, dogs being attacked by other dogs (because there not on a leash), drug dealers trying to sell to people passing by, meth heads partying in the parking lot, drag racers going uo and down the street. The list goes on and on oh and if they tell you they have "security" you should know its only 1 man and hes the same person as the sorry excuse for a carpenter on their payroll. Needless to say i left months before my lease was up Edit* just to be fair though i dont believe the staff knows of the brothel and i dont have 100% proof that it is a brothel but id have to be and idiot to not notice how many men come and go from that appartment
