These apartments are terrifible. I moved out before the renovations or the fire! The Thugs would hang out in the parking lot at night and Rob you!! The stairways were dirty and nasty! Some improvements have been make but very little. They need to demolish the whole complex.

I currently live here as of June 2022. The property manager and maintenence team (they hired new ones) are awesome and super nice. Rent is kinda high but considering a 2 bedroom is roughly close to 1100/1200 sq with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with washer/dryer and dishwasher and ac in unit. The RUM as previous comment put down is the utilities like water. It was on the paperwork when you sign lease You know everything they charge for. Only month to monthers are getting rent increase..Maintenence replaces things fast . They've just recently repaved the parking lot. They've done ALOT of improvements. I feel safe with my two children. This isn't the same place as those who posted negative reviews. Any new negative reviews are most likely those who were problem starters as they are kicking them out. People who got towed were parked in someone's parking spot. The tenant can call to get people towed if they're in their spot. I've done it once. Only down fall is the apartments arent carpeted so you can hear everyone walking or laughing etc. If you're not a raging a hole, you'll adapt to the sound or you'll learn to use background noise. Apartments are going to be loud, it's not a house.. only those who complain about it don't get that concept

If the rent would stop increasing so I can actually have a dam roof over my head that would be fantastic. Holy he'll the apartments Are not even worth the price nor the renovations. The he'll is a "Rum" income?? I'm now being charge an extra $111 a month and this came with absolutely no warning what so ever...I am so done!

I just recently moved in to these apartments and must say that I had nothing but the best experience doing so. My unit was in perfect condition when I arrived. It is quite obvious that April and her maintenance staff are working diligently to improve and upgrade the community. I see maintenance people working in multiple units daily. Thank you April and staff for your hard work and professionalism. Everyone is always friendly and polite! Update 9/19/20: Within the last few weeks, they have repaved and painted the entire parking lot! The huge potholes are filled in and it looks great! Also, the maintenance guys are repairing the garages! Such terrific improvements are being made to the entire property. Thanks to April and everyone for all your efforts!

I can only say GoGo Heights is Super Ghetto! Not good money spent. Daughter lives there now. None of the amenities they are charged for. Just paved over all the grass. Mega drama, shooting, domestic violence... Look somewhere else.
Every unit comes with one reserved parking space. We have garages available to rent, and there is some open parking available on the property as well.
Great question! Our standard deposit starts at $500 and is fully refundable. We have a separate non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first pet and $200 for the second.

We look for 2.5x the rent for income, but someone could potentially still get approved with a cosigner or additional deposit if they did not meet the income requirement. We have no maximum income restrictions.
