Since this place has been sold it has turned into an awful place to live. They give the maintenance men the right to harass anyone for any reason, they tow cars all day long without a notice to give a person time to move it. There's people watching and walking around with flashlights looking into vehicles and you see these same people go into managers office. The rent went from $875 to 1398 before your power cause now the W/S/G is $200 a month, they charge you to have a parking spot and only remodel when someone moves out, but expect you to pay higher for the same place with no improvements. This wasn't that bad before but now it's horrible to live here

I currently live here and I can't wait to move out! First off you get charged for a maintenance fee even if it's necessary items such as heaters not working , the new owners raised our rent and also slammed us with utilities now so add another almost 200 dollars to the monthly rent, besides mold bed bugs noisy neighbors un maintained garbage mountain at the dumpster its a good place.ps...anyone writing a positive review about serranos is obviously someone working on the inside

Called to check the availability of a 1 bedroom for myself and the young lady that answered the phone was in no way polite. She was very short and curt. Your listing on apartments.com shows rent starting at $615 which according to what she told me rent starts at over $1000 a month. With people like that working for you I would not rent from you nor will I recommend your complexes to anyone.

This property is infested with Bedbugs do not rent here. I have lived here for 9 months and have had recurring infestations. The bedbugs are in the walls and they can't get rid of them. Don't believe the images on the property website they are deceiving, the photos I posted were taken this week 5-6-17. The front office is nice, but look beyond that and you will see the reality. The property is used and abused. The tenants that live there are filthy and loud. The dumpster area has bedbug infested old furniture and mattresses and children play there. The hallways are disgusting rundown. The last posting by Hollye Miller was done by a 4Degrees Property Manager...These people have to lie to trick people into renting there. GO FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY
