Very nice, spacious apartments with lots of amenities offered. Definitely the upper end of low-income housing. The biggest drawback is their location, although the surrounding area is beautiful, it is high up in South Hill and not a short drive.

It is hud housing so around 30% of your income, we only have one bedrooms at this time. Our wait list is over 300 people.
Hello, we have only 1 bedrooms with the exception of one 2 bedroom. The person in the two bedroom will be there a very long time as they are still young. You only have to pay roughly 30% of your income for rent so it would be the same whether it was a studio or a 1 bedroom.
Their is only street parking. It is hard to find a spot when you're a caregiver filling in
Yes, our pet deposit is $150. Our building is 62+ and/or disabled with a elderly preference. Anyone over 62 will jump the list over anyone who is not.
