I have been here two years, and it was a good experience overall. Quiet location, close to downtown and secure entry. The staff is nice. Some down sides: I take the bus but if you do have a car it's street parking only and space is limited. You can purchase a parking pass to supplement parking meters but you have to renew it every month and I can't recall the fee. Laundry is on site but there's only 3 washer s and 3 dryer s and it can be hard to use with so many tenants. There is a cool app you can download on your phone called pay range that you can use Instead of quarters. The lease terms are strict. Back ground checks are required for any guest that extend the 14 day a year limit. I was given a compliance notice because of my boyfriend who would visit often, he had to pay for a background check or I had to vacate. I felt it was a little passive aggressive and unfortunate that he had to pay. But I get it. Due to management changes I had more people in my apartment I didn't know then ones I did. I would get many notices of management entering my unit. I thought it was extreme to a point. Lastly there is a new utility fee. It would be tolerable if you had full access to heat but you don't. It's timed. Or controlled manually where it goes from on to off no matter if you turn it on. In the winter it's frustrating cause you don't know when it will turn on, and if you're charged 50 bucks etxra for something I think you should have full control. No air conditioning, there are ceiling fans, but no fans in the kitchen. If you don't mind the pricing it's not bad.

Gotta say that the place is well-kept (never smelt sewage), quiet, and has an emphasis for security with all the cameras. I like the location being a short term traveler in Spokane (3 months).... I can walk right downtown and grocery stores are a bus ride away. Pricing was fair priced and the rooms have a cosy feel. Lots of the other tenants either work in healthcare or are students.... Management was very chill and accommodating. I would recommend the Breslin for healthcare workers especially Travel RN's.

Affordable, clean apartment in a great location. Management was responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my time living at the Breslin Apartments.

Not a bad apt but it is noisy due to all the helicopters and ambulance coming into the hospital and people gunning their engines up the hill. New management in the last 6 months (mid 2016). I just was verbally and almost physically assaulted because I had a trash bag leak in the elevator. The gentleman who may or may not be part of the new management told me multiple times that "I was going to pay for it" while about 4" from my face while waving a paper towel.
