Please do not sign the move in condition paper without close inspection of what they will be looking for when you move out such as tiny chips in the sinks as they are often porcelain and will always chip out larger. After just over one year I had mine professionally cleaned and still lost all of my $450 deposit. Also make sure you put in repair requests a month or two before moving out. My best advice is to find another place to rent !!!

This place said no pets no dogs but I regularly saw people with dogs in here.

You get so much for what you pay, even after everything became more expensive. The courtyard is charming and very well kept, cozy.
