This looks like some nice apartments to live in. I was just visiting a friend. Very nice one bedroom apartment and pet friendly too! I know nothing about what rent costs or other. She has been there for 5 years and says she loves it there!

We have lived here for 5 years. The Manager and co workers, have been so amazing. Since the new manager has come in. We decided to stay here. Bill in mantanance is there for you, when something needs fixing or replaced. He is so kind when in your appartment. The snow is removed quickly. In the summer the ground are well kept. I would say overall it's a safe place to be. They let you be and don't over manage. The only time you hear from management is when a memo is left at your door or they check your appartment for working smoke detectors, appliances, power washing hallways or clogged pipes.

Lived here for a few months now. Depends on what building you live in but generally pretty quiet and the grounds have gotten a lot better lately. Low income housing so you get what you pay for with neighbors and parking. Office has been nice tho and takes care of any problems I have. Very professional. Parents need to actually parent their kids tho. My two cents. Love my apartment and balcony! Great place for sunsets.

We have a mainteance staff that does the work orders and repairs needed? The office staff does not have that role, if there is something that needs to be done to your apartment home please let us know so we can put in a work order and get it fixed, thank you!

Depends on why. The local management is hired by FPI Management. I believe it was Dana or something who is in charge of the apartment complex
