Hi Rose, it depends on what your needs are at the time. We have multiple programs and levels of care to ensure you won't be discharged before you are ready
Call them to see if they have any beds available. Or u can just go there and head around to the back. There you will see a door with a buzzer that you can push and ask
Hi Trente, we are! You can find our open positions on Indeed.com
Hi Roxanne, it really depends. All of our treatment plans are person centered and focus on what you need at this time. Please give us a call to set up an assessment or consultation. We would love to be a part of your journey. (509) 570-7250

Hi Detra, what program are you referring to?
Please call (509) 477-4650 any time to check on bed availability and for more information
They will need to sign a release of information specific to you. They are valid for one (1) year and you will be able to speak with staff regarding whether or not they are still in services and what their treatment plan is
Not in detox or sobering... There is a client phone to use once in detox... You can have visitors once in treatment
Hi Cindy, we just moved into a new facility and have upgraded our sobering/diversion units. The units are a safe and comfortable space for individuals to stabilize from acute intoxication or withdrawal. The mats are close to the ground for safety purposes and are now separated by privacy walls. It's not the Ritz, but we offer laundry and meal service, monitor vitals, and help people enter into Detox or another appropriate level of care. No appointment is necessary and I promise it's a MUCH better place to be than jail as suggested below. Call (509) 570-7250 for more info
STARS offers sobering services and withdrawl management. They also help to facilitate treatment options for their clients.
Come in with a resume and fill out application. We are growing and expanding.
2 weeks in detox with options for placement in other long term treatment facilitates. Your free to go at anytime. They hold your phone in a safe, until your released. It's an awesome program, I'm 6 months clean and sober☺🙄!!
Visitation is approved on a case by case basis while enrolled in withdrawal management services. There is no longer a "no visitation" policy. We understand that our patients may greatly benefit from seeing family and friends during this first leg of their treatment journey
We do not require a referral from the hospital or other medical providers. You can admit directly into withdrawal management services while we work with providers to make sure any medication you need for the stay are delivered as soon as possible. We never want our patients to sit in an emergency department for hours on end when in crisis and being physically ill from withdrawal.
A weeks worth of comfortable clothes (we have laundry onsite), personal items such as pictures, reading material, tobacco products, medications, and personal hygiene. We offer basic necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, soap, shampoo, combs, and feminine hygiene products. We do not recommend bringing valuables such as cash and jewelry. If you must bring valuables, we will secure them in our safe for the duration of your stay. Cell phones and any other devices that have internet access and/or camera capabilities will be locked away at admission. You can retrieve phone numbers at any time and use the community phone to call family and friends.
