The management and maintenance team are so incredibly helpful and kind. The entire move in process went very smooth and quick thanks to Monica, the manager. She is very responsive and helpful with everything. It's a nice and friendly environment. The units are big and spacious. We've had nothing but good experiences here. I highly recommend.

Moving can be one of the most nerve-wracking periods in life. I’m telling you… the property manager, Monica, is THE godsend you wish for during those stressful times. Right from the start, she was responsive and couldn’t have been more kind, informative, and overall helpful in every way. Anyone who has ever experienced the oh so fun process of shopping for home rentals can understand and appreciate the value in working with someone friendly and genuine. Monica goes above and beyond to make you feel at home before you even move in. Couldn’t be more grateful for her and the rest of the staff and would rate them 10 stars if I could!

I have lived here for over 5 years. Obviously with how house prices are now the thought of buying isn't going to happen any time soon. I absolutely love the front office gal, Monica. The maintenance team and her are amazing. They are always on top of any repairs or fixes with the apartments, and if you communicate they are very understanding. Honestly, this is the first apartments I've lived in where they didn't steal your deposit and really fair with move in and move outs. The maintenance team actually thanked me when I moved out of my 2 bedroom and into my 3 bedroom. The neighbors aren't the greatest, but that's apartment living. I stay because of Monica, Steve & AL.

Monica Anderson is the best property manager ever. It was such a smooth and quick process to becoming a resident at Deer Run. My previous property manager sucked and never responded to any emails or calls, so it was so refreshing to have a property manager who took the time to listen and talk to your needs. The apartments are beautiful, and Monica and her staff is great. Monica, you are one of a kind! Thank you!

A: We are in the Mead school district which features some wonderful school options.
A: We are located in north Spokane, near lots of shopping (Wal-Mart, Winco, Target, Tjmaxx, Safeway) and Restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Robin, Azteca, Applebees, Panda Express, Subway etc.) These are all within walking distance of our complex.
A: Each apartment is provided with one parking pass which allows you to park in front of any building. Guests and extra cars need to park in the assigned overflow parking areas. We also have garages available to rent on a month-to-month basis.
A: Deer Run is a pet friendly community! We allow two (2) pets max per household with a 50 pound per pet weight limit at full growth. A: Yes! Our community has a Playground, a Picnic Area, as well as a few charcoal BBQs for resident use in different locations throughout the community.
A: Yes! We have a small gym that features an elliptical machine, a bike and a universal weight machine. Residents are provided with a key upon move-in that allows them access to the gym 24/7.
A: We have an on-site laundry facility that is coin operated and open to residents 24/7. All of our apartments offer washer/dryer hook-ups with an option for residents to bring in their own full size washer/dryer. We also offer rentals of full-size washer/dryers that we can provide and service for an additional fee per month.
They accept housing but are not based off of what you make unless you're on housing already.
All places must allow true service animals. Service dogs specifically. Other animals would be considered ESA under housing, however you need to have a mental health condition that requires the need of either.
