I have never been so appalled in the way I have been treated/ spoken to in my own living quarters. Holly being the “manager” is extremely condescending and defensive everytime I have spoke with her for various reasons. June 8th and 9th the maintenance guys left my apartment unlocked for the entire weekend. (I was out of town) today is June 10th after being hung up on by Holly earlier this morning I called Casey the “GM”. I told her about my doors being unlocked and how disrespectful Holly was to me on the phone. I then asked her if someone is going to enter my apartment; I would like to be called to know someone is entering my domicile. 4:10-4:15pm on this day (jun-10-19) I was called asking if I am home so they can come make the repair. 4:45pm I get a knock at my door; (I’m sitting on my couch 15 feet away) I get up to answer the door. Before I can make it to the door there is a lady (unnamed) and two maintenance men (refused to tell me their names) using a key to enter my apartment. I whip open the door, take their keys and toss them on the ground and said “stop opening my door” (they tried twice June 10th earlier in the morning before I called Casey) my girlfriend was in the shower and she told them to leave. Anywho. They responded very aggressively towards me, and one maintenance man told me to “piss off”. At that point I said “peace out”, shut and locked my door. After taking a minute I go to office and talked with the “head of pine rock” and he said that they would be reprimanded. I asked if he can make sure those people do not come into my apartment the following day (June 11th) he said he can make that happen. So all in all this places professionalisms is sad at best. Their employees have a complete lack of common curtesy/ respect. I can’t stress enough how violated and disrespected I felt coming home to unlocked doors (front and slider) and the way they spoke and acted towards me. I was the VERY FIRST RESIDENT IN THIS ENITE ESTABLISHMENT, and tbh I’m already looking for a new place to stay. I’m absolutely appalled.

Lived here going on three years. Nothing that has ever broken in this place has been fixed. The new manager has already made promises she can't keep and when they aren't kept nothing is said ....I've been waiting since year one to have things fixed and now the new manager tells me that they will have to charge me for for things not ruined by general ware and tear ....... Tennant's falsely accuse cigarette butts everywhere dog poop everywhere no real play area for kids....it's right in front where if your kid runs out they chance being hit by a car because the play ground is the parking lot basically ....this is far from upscale living

Very helpful management. Madisen was ex termly helpful in answering ALL my questions. Looks to be a wonderful place to live. But I am just looking right now, so maybe in the near future.

Prob nothing
Well long and short of it the onsite manager doesn't just drop the ball. They never pick it up. Broken down cars prevent my daughter from being able to park in her assigned spot. The people whos cars they are have been stealing from her and her kids. Now it has gotten extremely abusive. I urge you to stand up to management. You follow the rules right? Then everyone else should too. You only live in the ghetto you choose. Value yourself!!!
My daughter has lived here 3 years. Management does nothing to address her concerns.i will ask if she has owners name but u think housing authority would be helpful. They are hard to get ahold of as well. But they are the ones who help with rent payments. These people have standards and they are not being met
As far as prices they have changed almost yearly more expensive but the place is built very cheap paper thin walls carpet is cheap the walls are just plain sheet rock with really no foundation everything here breaks without effort .....and the prices again continue to rise be cautious
The first & second floor have balconies bottom floor patio. I like design, they remodeled most of the apartments not the one we have because we chose not to move so I can't send picture. .. Oh the balconies face each other.... So how much privacy do you like.
