I really like it here. The staff has ALWAYS been on their game and very helpful. As apartments go, we really like our little neighborhood. The only frustration that comes up for us...certain children need more parental supervision. Usually, it's not bad. However, there have been times when I am certain that they are performing a new rendition of, Lord Of The Flies. In all fairness, I think every neighborhood has this group of kids. The maintenance men are always quick to help fix any problems and good about doing it right. Great location for those on-foot or relying on the bus system. Many stores and restaurants are close by, as well as medical emergency services and a CHAS clinic. All in all, we think it's a great place to live.

Lackadaisical management that could care less about you or any company you may have. And a brutal parking policy with no public signs to inform the general public.

The staff and maintenance crew are top notch. On the occasion i needed maintenance (backed up toilet / faulty washer ) it's matter of hours vs days to get a response and usually even fixed. Always nice always understanding. Worth every penny i pay in rent.

If you enjoy the smell of cigarettes and pot, this is the place for you. Not enough parking for all residents. Poorly lit parking lot that encourages crime. If you like stepping on fido's stuff, always take the grass route. Enjoying unsupervised children roaming the parking. Large dogs barking all night. Excessive inspections several times a year. Dumpsters are always too full. The snow removal in the winter is less than par. Complaints made to management were ignored. Oh and you will not get back the mandatory cleaning fee of $150 of your deposit.
