I personally do not give reviews unless there is a very good reason! I must say after almost 8 years of dealing with immigration this by far was the nicest and calmest place! I did my citizenship test there and the officer was incredibly nice and helped me stay calm throughout the interview. I felt supported and treated with respect by everyone including the security guys at check in, which has not always been the case at other places! Keep doing what you guys are doing because the kindness and welcoming vibe you guys create means a lot to those going through the immigration process.

Had to wait longer than expected. But everything was resolved and the staff was quite helpful.

I recently had a Bio metrics appointment here. The staff were professional and swiftly checked me in and did the formalities. Then I was conducted into a room where they took my finger prints. The process was smooth and I got out in less than 25 minutes

Understand Continuous Residence As a permanent resident of the United States, you are welcome to travel abroad. However, any trip longer than six months could interrupt your continuous residence for the purposes of naturalization. If she left for a year or more without asking, she may have an issue with naturalization. The best bet is to speak with a immigration lawyer about lengthy travel and then bounce that answer with USCIS. Or keep the travel below a 180 days outside the US.
