He has to goto...https://hr.az.gov/YES/ Log in and goto tax forms.
If you wish to send release clothing I suggest having it arrive within about a week of the release date. You would use the address where the inmate receives regular mail but ensure the package is clearly marked with the inmate's name and number along with "Release Clothing." Inmate mailing addresses are available on our website https://corrections.az.gov/ by using the inmate data search function. You may also contact us at (602) 364-3945. Thank you.
Those wishing to be approved for visitation and/or telephone calls must go through the approval process by first submitting an application. Information regarding this process along with the application can be accessed at the following web address: https://corrections.az.gov/inmate-visitation-application

https://corrections.az.gov/prisons Then click on the prison the inmate is at. Each location will have a mailing address listed. If you're unsure which location the inmate is at, you can look it up in the Inmate Datasearch. Also on the Corrections website.
As the safety of inmates staff, and members of the public are priority, information pertaining to how to safely resume in-person visitation while mitigating the spread will be considered before making a determination. At this point there is no projected date for when in-person visitation will be reinstated.
To order a Securepak you must be noted on the inmate’s Visiting List as an approved visitor/caller. The website is https://www.accesscatalog.com/shop/index.html?ProgramID=1238.
Information pertaining to placing funds into an inmate trust account may be located on our website at https://corrections.az.gov/inmate-deposits. Thank you.

An inmate's sentence expiration date is the date their sentence has been completed. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you. Lisa Cooper Constituent Services Liaison
Yes, inmates can still receive photographs, however, there is a limit on how many they may have in their possession and how many they may receive. An inmate may not possess more than 40 photographs at a time and may not receive more than 40 photographs within a 30 calendar day period. Any incoming mail containing more than 40 photographs, and any incoming mail which, cumulative with other incoming mail within a 30 calendar day period would result in an inmate possessing more than 40 photographs at a time, will constitute contraband and the entirety of its contents will be processed in accordance with Department Order #909, Inmate Property. There are also content restrictions. Please refer to Department Order 914, Inmate Mail on our website for more information. https://corrections.az.gov/reports-documents/adcrr-policies/department-orders-index
Offenders currently under supervision by the Department of Corrections Rehabilitation & Reentry may not write to an active inmate unless they are immediate family and approved to do so. Please see the information below from our Department Order 914 - Inmate Mail. Those in the categories indicated are prohibited from writing to inmates. Released offenders currently under Community Supervision by the Department (Community Corrections or parole), excluding members of their immediate family as defined in the Glossary of Terms. An inmate confined in any local, state or federal correctional facility including, but not limited to county jails, detention centers, halfway houses, privately operated correctional facilities, and juvenile facilities, excluding an inmate’s immediate family. Inter-relational mail shall be approved as outlined in section 4.0 of this Department Order. https://corrections.az.gov/sites/default/files/policies/900/0914_032519.pdf
Although an offender under Community Supervision with the Department may not write to an active inmate (unless a family member and approved), I do not see anything in our Department Orders which would prohibit a probationer from writing. Someone on probation with the county should seek permission from their assigned Probation Officer before writing an inmate, however.
The telephone number for IC Solutions is 888-506-8407. Thank you.
Mr. Freeman, I am not finding anyone in our system with that name. You are contacting the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry (State Prison). You might try checking the County jails or perhaps a Federal Prison. Lisa Cooper Constituent Services Liaison

Items sent in by a third party vendor such as Amazon or eBay are not authorized. Books and CDs are subject to screening and review for content. More information is available on our website https://corrections.az.gov/reports-documents/adc-policies/department-orders-index. Please refer to Department Order 914 - Inmate Mail.
