Always on hold for 4+ hours....for a 3 minute conversation. One of the worker's is very rude and very nosey, getting into caller's personal business.

Sure wish I had an office number so I dont have to get stuck in a robotic loop thats doesn't help me get the medical attention information that I need.

Are these hours they are open, current? Do they open sooner or later than what's on the website?

These are the current times, but this office isn't a full service DES. This one focuses on hospital patients

What if your employer doesn't give you paper pay stubs anymore? If you show des your deposits in your checking account from your income, will they take that? Asking for my husband since hes still asleep.

Employers deposit Net amounts into checking, DES needs to see the gross amounts and hours worked. You can ask them for an employment verification form so your work can fill that out
