I have sat on my phone waiting for a 'professional' to answer the phone 'My call is important to us, please continue to hold ' 30 minutes. That's not acceptable!

I spoke to a lady over the phone and the way she talked to me was so rude 😞 I understand that the City hall of Phoenix is busy but you don't have to talk to people like that lady you are rude and disrespectful. Unacceptable & poor customer service. Talk to people how you want them to talk to you ! Thank you.

No landlord supposed to be coming in your place you rent at on any program with housing you need contact and go there to request to move and talk to attorney there is tenant laws contact an Attorney and put an camera in the resident for evidence to hide it I know I had to sue that happin to me.There are Tenant Laws go to the court house and file that in small claim courts to.
If you find out please let me know too thank you hun
Concerning?
There are a number of apartments for 62 and over, that are income-based. Valley of the sun is very popular, so most places have a 18 months up to a 4-year wait list. Good luck, and no before you go! Actually came here as a child from Cincinnati, gooo buckeyes!
You should go to the website housing.az.gov and click on contact us and submit your question.
I don't understand your question.
You should contact your current Housing Authority and ask them.
No.
I have section 8 housing in Massachusetts ? Will that make it easier to get it in Arizona because I want to move here to be closer to my son who lives in Phoenix
We are contract administrators for a portfolio of site based section 8 properties. We give information that refer you to the Hud.gov site where you will find HUD properties and all housing authorities throughout the state. Try city of phoenix housing as well.
No we do not. Seek Community Legal Aid or the local HUD office.
I'm not aware of that here in Phoenix
ADOH does not offer emergency housing however we can send you resource list where you can reach out to the properties and inquire their procedures on how to obtain an apartment.
Talk to your manager or call your Housing Authority.
Yes. It's a penalty to be on month to month. If you are in a lease its less.
Call 602 771-1000.
Call your case worker.
Your best bet is to call the police.. file a complaint. They will be able to help you
You need to know the difference green mold you can actually clean that with a wire brush and bleach..if its black mold you need to call in a EPA (Environmental Protection Agency)person, I have to leave my place after 8 years when my place was flooded 3 times from the rain storms and I told the landlord many times I have mold he ignored me so now he cant rent it, it has to be gutted from the ceiling to every wall...you can have your doctor do a blood test and see if you have toxins in your blood if so you can sue him under personal injury...if its black like mine leave it will make you very sick
