Father's out there attempting to get custody of your child Do Not File Here. This Court is horrible and will NOT give you justice. It took 6 months for the Judge to rule on one of my Motions to prevent mom from relocating 140 miles outside of our court orders. Took 2 years and still ruled in the moms favor. You will receive NO justice at this court. I know because it's been 5 years in this Court House when mom has 5 new criminal charges and has relocated a dozen times during this time. Judges rotate almost yearly and they are extremely behind in many cases. I'm looking into filing a complaint and getting my case moved from this location.

Can’t believe how biased the joke judges are here.!!! Judge D let’s moms take the money not let the dad see the child take their tax returns.

I waited for one hour for my passport they make you sign in with a computer that doesn't really work well with the touch screen. I walked out side to get some fresh air because there are so many people in the small room. I received a text message so came back in right away but, it took a minute to get back in with security. I was fine with security they were very nice and friendly. When I came back in went strait to the back room looked for window F4 and they told me that's in the lobby walked back out to the lobby and the young girl with brunette hair looked at me and yelled out, "Are you Maggie! I said, yes, then she said, you can sign in again I called you three times!! A little embarrassed because there was a line in the lobby watching her yell out at me I walked up to her window and just showed her my phone and said, I'm so sorry, I was out side but, it only shows you called twice on my phone. She shook her head and said well, I called out your name once! What can you do but, smile... So that's what I did and went to sign in again....

Amazing. My wife and I went in for passport renewal. We were worried as the post offices had 6 week wait lists to get an appointment. Everyone here was super friendly and efficient. The whole experience took less than a half hour. It took longer to get out photo done at Walgreens and print the paperwork off online than the courthouse took to process it!

Yes, you can pay to have it expedited.
Public access computers are available inside. However, you can sign up through the clerk of court website to access superior court cases you are party to from home.
A photo, check or money for the dept of state fee (check for current fees online or by calling), and identification. Your old passport if you have one. If not, a birth certificate (original). Its a little different for minors under the age of 16. The court's fee can be paid with cash or by card.
No. It a court house. Unless you have a hearing, they don't make appointments
Yes.
Its been 4. Also if the person requesting the modification is in jail to they send the responds to him in jail?
You can contact Clerk of court. They handle passports
Yes, you need to file a motion and send a copy to the other party. I am not an attorney so I would advise you seek legal counsel.
Yes.
Once it is public record, meaning on the system and not sealed anyone can get a copy, no ID is needed.
They can answer questions to help you understand as a courtesy, but they can't fill out forms for you or tell you what to write down or mark. Like I said clerks may do it as a courtesy, but the best place for assistance would be the information desk or call the Law Library Resource Center.
You need proof of citizenship, like a birth certificate, and a government issued photo ID card. I don't know for sure if you can use a debit card but I would be surprised if you couldn't
No. You can get your passport photo at a us post office.
No notary services. However, if it is a Superior Court form, it should say deputy clerk/ notary. The clerks at the counters are deputy clerks. So the clerks are able to acknowledge/verify your signature with proper government issued ID.
Yes. You cannot just pick up where you left off. If you already had it finalized that would be different.

You file the original and the number of copies depends on the number parties involved on your case. There are copy machines on site for a fee (cash or card). The cost to file depends. You would have to ask when you get there to be certain, but fees are posted online.
there are some fast food places near by off of bell. There are a lot of choices within a 5 mile radius. If fast food isn't your thing, pack a lunch.
Going to records which is the door to the left of the clerks and there are computers there where you can search for your case then you print them off and pay for your copies
It should have mailed to you once it was signed. Check with the court (either public record computers there or ask a clerk) if it was signed it should be on docket and you can pay for a certified copy of it.
You can complete the application here and it will be mailed to you based on the speed of service you choose, They do not do same day passports.
Yes. There are officials who perform ceremonies after 5pm for a small fee.
No. You have to go to Maricopa CountyVital Records.
it's probably you're going to contact a paralegal or an attorney and in terms of getting your rights back I assume you're trying to get a criminal record expunged or something like that and so probably a criminal attorney is the way to go if it makes sense
Yes. You fill out the forms in the domestic violence center and then see a judge. Also avoid doing it between noon and 130 as judges are at lunch unless you have time to wait.
I would try the court website
