What do you mean by tsa card? Tsa precheck is $80 for 5 years but there is no card
Global Entry Enrollment Office is on the 3rd Floor of Terminal 4, Pre‐Security right next to TSA Checkpoint B (note this enrollment office is different from TSA PreCheck enrollment office)
