Tech didn't put soap in my water. She didn't scrub me feet with a brush, she used her bare hands. She didn't wear gloved the whole time she was working on my pedicure. The nail polish was uneven and clumpy in some areas. I had to ask for someone else to help her fix it. Another women came in and sat next to me for a pedicure and I watched her put soap in the water and put gloves onbefore she startedher pedicure.

I was appalled by their lack of cleanliness. I witnessed the technician put her hand in the scrub without using a proper tool to avoid any contamination. I did not see them bring any of the tools in a sterilized manner. I will not be returning this place. If you are wanting to avoid any infections, DO NOT COME HERE!

Been here a few times and it's usually great! However this last time I went it was rough. I came in as a walk in and they were short staffed which I completely understand. However, my nail tech was very rough and gave me wounds on almost all of my fingers with the drill :( it hurt so badly. very sad because this place is usually the best.
