My husband has been stranded for 3 hours and no one showed. The technician doesn't even answer there own office staff. I would have rated NO stars if possible. Thank God it's not summer time in Arizona! They give you false ETA's!!!! Worst service EVER!

Had a house key duplicated. It doesn’t look exactly the same and doesn’t work all the time. You have to wiggle it a bit for it to work. Would not use this service again. Cheaper to go to Lowes or Home Depot to get a key that is cut perfectly and it works every time.
