This review is for the deer valley and lake pleasant Super Star Car Wash location but everyone should know what these people are about. I brought my car to super star car wash to be detailed, interior, exterior, the works supposedly. When I drove in the car was working perfectly no issues, when I got the car back every light was on and I wasn’t able to drive my car away from the car wash. John told me to wait it out a day it probably needed to dry because it was a sensor that was off. I left my car in the parking lot and next day Jason said there is nothing they did to cause that…. I literally can’t drive my car now. Clearly something you did caused it. No refund, no car, and I had to get my car towed to the shop and fixed and who knows how much that’s going to cost…. Seriously worst experience of my life. The car detail looks awful as well. UPDATE: Contacted the number that they provided on their receipt to receive a refund for my $150 wash (don't let them scam you by charging you more) and once again no one is willing to take responsibility for the fact my car WON'T DRIVE. I brought my car in perfect condition to this location and I could NOT drive it away because of the state it was in after the wash and you're going to tell me this is not your fault? This is so unbelievable it is comical. Do NOT support them unless you want to pay for a tow and car repairs.

Great facility to get the truck or car washed. They could use a manager that is going to help and grow their people. Service is lacking and high turn around on employees. The device that scans your license plate doesn't always work and you have to wait for someone to manually let you in. They do offer microfiber towels to wipe down your vehicle and great vacuum machine. The air compressor helps blow out small areas of your truck. Lastly, I think they close pretty early considering the season, the hot weather is here and they close at 8pm. Suggestion would be open a few hours later or at least until 9pm. Thanks

Great service and experience from Jason and Mike, their customer focus is what kept me coming back as well as setting up the monthly wash service. They’re always willing to help and provide resolution if issues arise. Just wanted to publicly recognize their efforts.

I went here because this was rated 4.6, but it literally got nothing off the front of the car, or my side mirrors. I had bugs everywhere. It didn’t get anything off. And you can’t go back through because they don’t have somebody posted to let you go through twice. Not my idea of a good clean
