I dropped off 4 items for dry cleaning. They had 4 days to complete. I was assured they would be ready. Nope! One item needed another day. I explained I needed the sweater today, because I was flying to Chicago in the morning. They placed me on hold and within one minute they tell me it is ready. WHAT? I go pick up my cleaning. They can't find everything at first (very disorganized). Then I pay and notice my light gray blouse (brand new) has black marks on the neck and top back of the blouse. I ask what this is and they say, I don't know. And, I can leave it 3 more days to work on it. Again, I'm leaving 7am next morning. The older employee doing the cleaning states "what do you want us to do?". WHY ARE YOU NOT OFFERING A RESOLUTION TODAY? I was getting upset. No language, just upset. Again. She asks what I want them to do. And she backs it up with "we're not perfect". At that time the two very young girls at the counter jump in with the older lady and tell me I need to professional. This was because I tell them I will be leaving a bad review for this business. Suggestion for all three of you. Don't bully customers. All three of you Ganging up with your words at the same time is bullying. You will lose business quicker than you can blink your eyes when doing that. When they say they won't pay for my blouse, I tell them to refund my cleaning bill. Which was still less than the cost of my blouse. The older lady was muttering negative words about 20 ft from me and just to say this, GROW UP. The young girls at the counter are are learning bad things from you. And that will only hurt their future. And young ladies, don't think jumping in and talking over a customer is empowering, because that will only hurt you in the real employment world. THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, CLUTTERED AND DOOR WIDE OPEN WHEN IT IS 102 DEGREES OUTSIDE. AND IF THEY RUIN AN ITEM, BE READY FOR NO ASSISTANCE FOR THE ISSUE.

I recently took these dress pants in to be cleaned. I was hoping to get these stains out so they would be wearable again. These pants are still are the hanger from when I picked up. I really want to use this cleaners on a regular basis, but this is the THIRD TIME something like this has happened. I feel like they didn’t even try to get it cleaned and then never checked their work. $8 bucks for nothing.

Ever since my wife and I moved to the Phoenix area in Jan of 2018, we have used Galaxy cleaners for my uniform cleaning. Their associates have always been helpful and knowledgeable. They show great care when handling my laundry needs. When they went under a new management things improved even better. Now that we have moved from El Mirage, AZ to Mesa, AZ, we will certainly miss Galaxy Cleaners.

Is it weird to love your dry cleaner? Consistently excellent - I’ve never had an issue with their core cleaning service. But what makes them special is that they listen and push the envelope with new offerings. I asked about removing plastic collar guards (I find them annoying and wasteful) and they stopped using them on my shirts. They added delivery service (a BIG deal with my crazy schedule). They text me updates on my orders and offer an itemized inventory in their portal. And everyone in the store is a pleasure to talk to, which is honestly rare for any business let alone your dry cleaner. Worth every penny.

How much to dry clean a king comforter

I've had a good experience with them over the last 6 months since we moved to Surprise. I personally find their prices to be reasonable, about $4/shirt, $6/pants. That said, perhaps $10-$12 for a comforter? They have both dry clean and laundry options, and dry clean is faster but a few dollars more. Typically, my clothing is ready within 3-4 days of dropping it off for laundry and as quick as next day for dry clean, so I'd do plan on 3 days for the comforter. Hope this helps!
