I've tried several times with this place. I love how close it is to my house but this is legit the 3rd time I've purchased eyeliner here and it's been dry. I'm not a fan of the layout either... it feels junky like you are at the Walmart of beauty stores. One saving grace is that they have full lineup of Tarte cosmetics. What's a girl to do?

Clean store. Was able to go to hair products and just find what needed. If an employee walked by I was greeted with kindness. Checking out was easy. I had no issues here. It always smells like im getting my hair done when not. It's a booster of a good feeling.

I wanted to take a moment and thank Hannah for her great customer service. Today I went to Ulta to see if I could return some products that no longer work for me. Honestly I was embarrassed to ask. She assured me she could help me. Hannah processed the returns using Ulta's best practices and did so while maintaining a pleasant attitude. She definitely exceeded my expectations!

I have to give 5 stars to Sabrina at the surprise ultra salon. I wish I could give more. I had a bad highlight experience in October and I was frankly a little bit concerned about getting my hair done again. I planned on just letting it grow out and hoping we could cut some off and color over it. My mom booked me an appointment with her and she described what I needed incorrectly. Sabrina absolutely did not have time on her schedule to help me, and I offered to leave. She decided to work late so that I could leave with the hair I wanted. I’m so grateful to her! She took the time to listen and help me figure out how I really wanted it to look. My hair is so great that even the lady in the chair next to me was raving about how amazing it looks, how rich the color is, and how even after highlights and low lights it still looks so natural! She gave me exactly what I wanted, my hair but with more depth and richness. I have received nonstop compliments about my hair! Thanks again for taking the time to help me Sabrina and I can’t wait to see you again in eight weeks!
