I will never ever go back to this store. 2 separate people were extremely rude. The lady when I walk in the store just looking at me. So I greeted her. Then back to the key counter. I picked out 2 of the specialty keys laid them down with the keys I needed made. The guy comes around and says what do you need. I just need 3 sets of keys made please. He looks at the keys 1st one thrown back this won't work, does the exact same with the second one. I really don't understand the rudeness in this store today.

It's an okay store just not like the one back home. They have most types of home repair things, just not enough alternatives or selections. Place is VERY pricey so be prepared to pay more for your items. With a little effort and foregoing some convenience, Lowe's and Home Depot are the better bet for selection and options to be honest. The floor staff is a little different as well...can't put my finger on it, just seems they are a little eager to NOT help you with anything. The cashiers are friendly enough however. They alone is what raised my vote to 3 out of 5 otherwise it would've been a solid 2. Sorry guys just stating how I see it. Been there like 5 times since we moved here (November of '21) All experiences are similar...so to sum it up: go only if you absolutely need to, otherwise you'll get much better help and savings at the "bigger box stores".

Dropped off two very good quality (Solingen) kitchen knives off on Sunday to be sharpened. I had the very same knives sharpened here a couple years ago and they did a very nice, clean job. The knives barely looked sharpened but had a beautiful new edge on them. This time I was told there wasn't anyone qualified to sharpen them (on Sunday), so I needed to leave them overnight and someone would sharpen them on Monday and call me when they were done. No problem. Monday morning comes around and I get the call from Lee in the service department. I stop in on my way to work and he has them nicely wrapped and ready to go, $3 per knife. Got them home later that afternoon, unwrapped the knives, and was shocked at what I saw. On both the 6" utility knife and 3" paring knife, he had so aggressively ground them down that he actually reshaped the blade itself (see pics). I laid another almost identical blade next to it so you can see the difference (before & after). I hone the knives almost every time I use them depending on job, and the blades were in perfect shape. All they needed was a new "edge". Look closely at the top blade! That's what he did to my perfect good, expensive kitchen knives. IF YOU VALUE YOUR KNIVES, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! It's obvious he doesn't know what he's doing and will over-aggressively grind them down in the same manner. And to think I've told other people they offer this service here! What was I thinking??? I'm sure Lee is a nice guy, but I've had these expensive Solingen gourmet kitchen knives for 25 years, and left in his hands for 5 minutes they've basically been turned into camping knives. No pun intended but my knives got butchered. Do not get your knives sharpened here, or you'll be as sorry as I am.
