Hate always loved this place; however, the last couple times I've gone through the drive-through the young kid taking my order has made it a very unpleasant experience. For instance, he was very short with me while I was ordering. I'd given him the benefit of doubt initially but then when pulling up to the window it was clear. Upon opening the window he took my card for payment but didn't make eye contact with me at all. Then a few minutes later he came back with my food but handed it to me with two fingers, still no eye contact at all. By the time I'd turned back around after setting the bag on my passenger seat, he had already closed the window and walked away... Giving no chance to ask for any sauces or anything. It's been this way the past couple times so I think the kids and I are going to go elsewhere from here on out. The food was still good though so at least there's that. Lol.

We love Churches Chicken but check your order before you pull away!! They just forgot to put the biscuits in our family dinner order. We aren’t bothering to drive all the way back….gas costs too much! I wish they would do a quick check before they hand you the order…..my husband forgot to check tonight.

The staff here seriously lacks any sort of customer service or friendliness. They’re rude, disrespectful children who need a crash course in “service with a smile”. No issues with the food, but based on their service alone, I’ll just stick to Popeyes from now on, at least they’re friendly there.

Hadn't been to one in a long time tried it out. Ordering was easy and not much traffic in drive-thru so got it fast. Should have checked bag cause didn't get everything I had ordered. Did call once I got home and did go back and gor missing food plus extra biscuits for my trouble. Forgot how greasy the chicken is and how small the sides are. Only saving grace are the biscuits. Luckly this is what was missing and what I got extra of for going back.
