The wait time was 20 minutes after I ordered and has to wait 10 minutes just to order. I can understand being understaffed and having to wait but, when we finally got the food both the chicken sandwich and whopper melt were cold. I was not given a reciept so I have no information as far as order number or cashier. The only positive out of this horrible experience was the cashier was friendly.

The restaurant was very dirty, french fries, nuggets, onion rings old and stale sitting under the counters. I brought it up after I got my food with my family and 5 year old little brother and first asked if they swept the restraunt. They said yes and I took the opportunity to say that I didn't think so because of all the old obviously stale fries rings and nastiness. I walked away after that and gave them a chance to sweep even a bit and the youngest guy there they had sweep. Now I can't say how he was trained but he only swept the floor they stand on, neglecting the cr** under the fryers coolers and other equipment. Because of this I called Maricopa county environmental and they are doing an investigation. I have before and after pictures which are not labeled but they will speak for themselves. I brought up at the very end that they serve elderly and very young kids, all of which have weakened or not fully developed immune systems. It is literally a breeding ground for bacteria and diseases. The worst part is how the clearly new guy was made to sweep and he didn't even know how, while the manager sat in the back and watched. I also saw customers waiting in line for 10 minutes while the employees seemed to be not busy at all. When I yelled to the back that there are customers they didn't even respond. I just left there and Stacy took my order, she was so full of life and her energy was so amazing. My 14 year old daughter asked if she needed to get a kids meal in order to get crowned and Stacy delightfully crowned her with no problem. She made our day. Left with smiles. She's definitely someone to hold on to as a business. Thank you Stacy.

June 23, 2021 at 1pm. One of the crew was cleaning tables as I walked in. Everything was clean. Their “high table” has two power outlets 🔌 and two USB outlets - convenient. Friendly, courteous, professional. I had a coupon for a double cheeseburger, fries and drink for only $3, which was taken without any caveats. She did ask if I wanted anything else, and whether I would like any sauces. 🍔 🍟 🥤 I was one of only three people there during my dine-in experience. “BY ORDER OF THE KING Face masks are optional if you are fully vaccinated. The King asks individuals who are not fully vaccinated to continue wearing a mask.”
