I love Pam , she is so amazing and always helpful but the other lady (I think her name is Joyce) is so incompetent it’s unbelievable, she has favorite tenants and doesn’t care. She is always in everyone business and doing things she shouldn’t be doing. Maybe if she stayed in the office she’d might be able to help all of the tenants and not just her favorites .

Do you have 6 month leases? My son is military. He has 2 mixed breed boxer Bulldogs around 60lbs. He needs a apt for 6 months while his wife us out on a navy destroyer. They will be relocating to NC in April he needs an apt as if nov.15th. Thanks

They have 7 month leases and they accept pets up up to 30 lbs breed restrictions though.
