We are moving when our lease is up. Rules are not enforced. The place is noisy. Loud music blaring at night. There are dogs barking all night long. Both of our vehicles were broken into. We cannot wait to move.

Been living here for 1 month now. Took abt that long for maintenance to fix my requests. If u want something done, ask the office manager, not her staff. This apt complex is close to a fire station that always seems to be responding, but also close to necessary shop spots, including a super walmart, dollar general and publix. Also a hop & skip from a i95 exit. Love the large 2/2 bedroom spaces (altho the 2nd bedroom ia awkwardly angled), but the kitchen & cabinets are low quality. Edited to add: Lived here from 2011-2013 and had the fridge and AC replaced/repaired in that time. Rent was about $875-900 (including washer/dryer rental, water/sewer/trash and government employee discount). The cabinets didn’t have pulls/knobs so I asked if I could install them. They said yes but whatever I put would have to stay. No problem. I paid $40 for brushed nickel knobs from Target and installed them. When I returned to the same location (for work/inspection purposes) in 2017, I saw that they billed themselves as “luxury” but still had the SAME white appliances,worn tan carpets and SAME $40 brushed nickel knobs I installed! Apparently, they liked my “upgrade” so much they put them in the other units and increased the price.

This place is a must move in apartments. My husband, brother in law and son moved in here over a week ago and we have amazing things to say. Maintenence team was so quick and did an excellent job repairing things that needed to be repaired as we just moved in. I love it here.❤️❤️❤️
