Such a wonderful environment. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Palm Bay Memory care provides a setting where our loved ones can safely live with dignity and autonomy which creates a true home like environment. All the staff I’ve encountered have been so kind and respectful. Special shout out to Melissa the director of wellness for always going above and beyond for the patients. Your compassion is shown with every interaction. Jasmine and Sandra are always on top of things and patient. Would absolutely recommend to my friends and family!!

I live out of state and paid a visit to the Care Center and wanted to leave this comment...... Just want to say that upon visiting my sister who has Alzheimers Disease after her first 4-months of residency at the Care Center, I could not be happier with the care and support that she is receiving. The nurses and support staff keep her busy with various activities, and she has become much more engaged, and active, with the personal interaction she has making friends with other residents at the Care Center. When she has an off-site doctors appointment, the Care Center arranges transportation on their shuttle and my sister goes to her appointment with an attendant nurse who stays wither her during the appointment. The staff are great, the facility looks more like a vacation spot at a Hilton Hotel rather than a memory care facility. As I was leaving on the last day of my visit last week, my sister went to the dining room where a movie was playing, popcorn was popping. Again, very happy with my decision to utilize Palm Bay Memory Care Center. 5 Stars.

I cannot say enough about how helpful the administrators and staff of Palm Bay Memory Care center have been to me and my family while admitting my sister, deeply affected with Azheimers disease, into their care center. The management and staff of Care Center are committed to the welfare of their residents. The staff makes sure residents are engaged in various activities throughout the day. And residents are busy with bingo, puzzles, trivia pursuit, etc. We feel very furtunate to have found Palm Bay Memory Care center.
