Went there due to experiencing extreme head pain/tension, dizzy/lightheadedness, difficulty with balance, hand weakness as well as difficulty holding things, neck pain and discovering a big lump on the back of my head. The nurse didn’t hide that she was annoyed that I was unable to fully answer questions she asked; eye rolls and head shakes and her tone of voice made it obvious. She did all of this while knowing I was experiencing what I was with my head. She looked at the lump on my head and said it was a lymph and a CAT scan would be done. Her assistant came and said the nurse said what I had was just a headache and my CAT scan is normal and she recommended I look for a doctor to refer me to a neurologist. The nurse herself came in and repeated the same thing her assistant said. No one addressed the rest of my symptoms and the cause of the lump on my head or what to do. The nurse didn’t care at all!!!

The absolute worst hospital I have ever gone to. The nurse Michael in ER cared more about his upcoming massage than patients. I heard all their personal business. I was there for 4 hours and got a bag of fluid. I am appalled at the service I received. I will never go there again.

This place is a joke. Only 1 doctor for the whole entire night at the ER . Going on 4 hours to get seen … scary feeling … might consider going to Melbourne for an emergency next time.

My husband got Covid he came in because he started to cough of blood and his pulse was high consistently. The PA who saw him was rude! She was like you have Covid go home. Didn’t run any test take an X-ray nothing. He explained he knew he has Covid but he could barely stand and breathe. She sent him home. Next day he collapsed went to Viera they took X-ray he had Covid pneumonia so bad that they admitted him! I still seriously think of suing. What’s worse I got curious started searching for her history online to see what other patients of any had similar experience her Facebook came up if you click on it she wrote horrible posts about patients and how if you got Covid don’t waste her time! The public is aware the health community is tired but you still need to at minimum do your job. I would never recommend you bring anyone you love to this hospital

They have a medical records department that you can go to and request your records and images. It's on the first floor. If you come in to the emergency entrance, turn left and follow the hall around until you see the sign hanging from the ceiling.
