They pressure their employees to sign up for credit cards which is so bad. I don’t like feeling the same pressure they feel to ask me. The manager Paula doesn’t appreciate her employees for their hard work… Milah isn’t very understanding but Elizabeth was very helpful and nice. The employees in apparel were outstanding. If managers don’t treat their employees well, the employees won’t treat customers well

Love this place. I don't even know where to start. On one section you have all the clothes the shoes the purses the jewelry the beauty stuff and on the other side you have the most beautiful and new home furnishings and knick knacks galore. My daughter and I spent 4 hours there today completely without even realizing we were there that long. It's a great place to shop and the employees are awesome.

Bought a pair of jeans out of town yesterday, and they do not fit. They had to create a tag when I bought them, but I had the receipt. Nonita the manager, would not let me return them stating “ we don’t have this item in our inventory, I don’t know why they sold these to you. I was stunned, by the whole way it went down. The cashier just all of sudden walked away, didn’t say anything, was gone about 5 mins. Returns with manager, with a particular disposition towards me. Her strong sounding voice of unwillingness and “dismissal” made me feel dirty, like I did something wrong. After sometime, she finally agreed to give me store credit, (I had to almost insist) but ONLY at that store, which is not close to me, and I felt was welcoming to my business, and will not return. After declining, just happened to pass another Marshall’s off Cermak and 17th, (Broadview Shopping Center)they were MORE THAN HAPPY, to exchange them NO QUESTIONS. This will now be my favorite store, as they have better clothing selection, and much nicer, friendly, caring staff.
