Had car put into bodyshop due to drunk driver hitting it in parking lot. Insurance arranged for rental asked if they would be able to pick me up from the store where my reservation was assigned to gave them the address of the body shop and claimed no problem. I go to drop the car off at the body shop call and proceed to be told we dont pickup from that address. Would be nice if workers had clear understanding of where the lines of the individual stores lay ended ip being sent to enterprise next city over. Other issue when i went to drop off car i waz told by enterprise and body shop would be ok to drop off car at body shop on Friday when i picked up car. Was not closed out till tuesday or wednesday the next week they thought i had car when i had given the car and keys to the bodyshop per enterprises instruction.
