Our staffing is uniquely designed to meet the specific needs of our residents. Given the fluctuating needs of each resident, it is difficult to determine an exact staffing ratio as it will change to ensure that each resident is provided unique and individualized interactions that are specifically and deliberately tailored to meet their set of needs. With that, while there is a monthly rate that is paid privately, Medicare and Medicaid provide benefits that we would enjoy discussing further.
