Worst management- irresponsible and unresponsive Never lived in this apartment and I never will We were looking for an apartment for temporary and wasted 160$ on application. Next day got a call to submit pay stubs for credit checking and that’s it never got an reply email or never responded to my call for next 10-15 days After that someone took the call and said that I am approved and can moved from July 9th and asked if I want to pay security deposit over phone or on the website . I said I will pay on the website and asked to send email and now it’s July 6th and haven’t heard back and tried to call them multiple times but always goes to voice mail even for the number on the website. Avoid these apartment and management at all costs ✌🏻

This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! They attend to all my needs and provide a safe living for my family and I! I highly recommend them!!!

Lived here for 6 happy months while shopping for a home. I lived in a second floor unit and did not have any scorpion problems. It is very quiet and private. Any maintenance requests get taken care of within 2 days. There was always parking. It is generally very clean, other than neighbors who don’t pick up their pet’s business. However, it is very unlikely to get your deposit back. Overall would definitely recommend!

Do not recommend! I only lived here 5 months and that was because my sons father was already living here when we started dating. I got stung by a scorpion at 4 and a half months pregnant. And after our son was born we had to do “scorpion checks” every night to minimize the risk of our baby getting stung. They came to “spray” but honestly it does not help. There is obviously a nest somewhere in the building that they aren’t clearing up. This is a picture of traps we had by our door. 2 were from the middle of the year. The other two were from these past couple of weeks. Our lease ended today. Praise God! Just this past Saturday 11/27/21 I was taking a nap with my son on an air mattress because we had been moving out. I was about to get up and leave him laying down asleep. Thank God I didn’t because as soon as I turned there was a scorpion crawling 2 inches from my Face! Understand that if you sign a lease with this property the scorpion infestation is not a way out of it. Highly highly do not recommend. Especially because Danielle is no longer there. She was the only one that showed she cared after hearing our concern!
