This Best Buy locations has very nice, high end items. The tvs, and sound systems were top notch. I was assisted by a very nice employee who helped me find what I needed. Browsed through the clean, well displayed store. Nice experience.

I went there to look at TVs and cameras. I wanted to check the sizes of smart TVs and also what are the options for DSLR camera. The staff at the camera service was so kind and answered all the question I had. It was very helpful. However, the old guy at the speaker section was very rude. I was browsing at some speakers that are on sale and the way he sounded like he wanted me to leave.

BEST BUY Costa Mesa, California #119 in-store customer service person Luis promised in writing to deliver "to my address" an out-of-stock item in 2 days. On specified delivery date Best Buy sent an email indefinitely delaying product delivery saying it may not be delivered at all. When I tried to cancel order, Best Buy so far refuses to cancel the order but Best Buy also has stated they may not deliver it at all. Fraud. Through this deception, Best Buy and other irresponsible businesses are forcing their jobs and responsibilities onto the customer and forcing labor while taking payments and not delivering products. Dealing with con-artists in business experience is not ok.

The lady on the phone was horrible, I seriously don't even want to write about it I don't like to post negative stuff but it was absolutely ridiculous I had extended the pickup for something I purchased online and I called the Costa Mesa location but the phone number listed is not the store's actual phone number it is rerouted to some call system in a different state and you'd have to keep listening to the prompts and push one if you want to this push five for this and they leave you on hold forever so after being on the phone for 12 and a half minutes I finally got somebody and she was absolutely no help I told her I needed to ask a question about my laptop and obviously it wasn't something she could help me with because she wasn't on site and it's extremely frustrating that you can't get a hold of anybody who works at the actual store number one and number two she was just playing out rude it's one thing to not be able to speak to somebody at the store fine if that's the way their system works but there was a different way to handle it she didn't have to act or behave and respond in the way that she did and I asked for her name and she wanted to know why and that's not the response that you give and I asked for her employee number and she told me she couldn't give me that information and I said where are you located and she said I didn't need to know so she was just very rude and short with me and was not helpful at all but the people who work at the Costa Mesa location of Festival bye I've had no problems with them it's kind of frustrating that the store and all the locations they close at 8:00 p.m. in my opinion that's kind of early but I know a lot of store hours have changed with the pandemic and everything else so anyways Best Buy has a lot of electronics at reasonable prices and I will definitely go back

They should be able to do that for you depending on their staff I would call them first the one you're going to they're really short staffs you know in all departments but it shouldn't be a problem transferring the data
You can always purchase the item online and select store pickup and it'll show what stores do have the item in stock. Their website is pretty great about having an item available or not, it'll also say by when you can expect it in store if it's not available the same day. I hope this helps.

Merchants typically don't monitor these forums but I can say from experience that the gift cards South Coast Plaza issues are basically just like Viss gift cards and can be used anywhere.

Yes Kimberly they do. However, there are a few models and they may or may not have the one you want in stock. I would suggest you find the search online for the model you want, search for that model online and check the local pick up box. You can then purchase online and go to the store to pickup. Alternatively, you should call to verify they have the stock if you wish to purchase directly at the store. If they do not have the model that you like locally, you can order the one you like online and have it shipped to your local store. By the way Costco also sells Chromebook and they are well known for having good packages/bundles I hope that helps you out. HD
