Why does no one at this store pick up the phone? How can I speak to a person and not just a recording and hold music?

Its hard to talk to some one at this time they just wont answer the phone

I was told by an employee at another Best Buy that they actually don't have a direct phone that one can call, idk what that meant but yeah you're right its frustrating calling Best Buy! It took me 30mins to speak with someone. I just ended up playing with my luck and driving 30mins to see if the last open box item that I wanted was available in good condition. And it was! But definitely shouldn't have be this stressful.
