I’ve lived here since September and it’s been great! The community gym is super nice, along with all the pools. Anytime I have a problem in the unit the engineering team is quick to follow up with me. They also host fun event so we can meet the neighbors. So far I’ve really enjoyed my time here! Rent is on the higher side, wish it was cheaper but it’s a good place to live.

I have enjoyed living at Mediterranean Village. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Service request have been fulfilled accordingly and timely. The gym and pool are clean.

1. My apartment was not ready and I had to wait an extra 1.5 weeks in a hotel because I had nowhere to go due to moving from Florida to California. I took every precaution to avoid this happening 2. They gave me a mail key that didn’t work for the mailbox and had to issue me a new key after bringing it to their attention. 3. The interior glass for my refrigerator was not inside of the fridge where it was supposed to be. Till this day I cannot fill my fridge up after badgering them about it for consecutive months. I have been dealing with these issues since my move in August. 4. The final straw is as being locked out of my home and my last resort being to “contact a locksmith”. The individuals inside of the leasing office halfway do their job and literally have never answered the phone when I call Get a better bang for your buck. Go somewhere to else. The apartments are old and overpriced.

It was far enough (so I thought) from my ex husband. I liked the layout of the property. Tranquil and quiet. Love the babbling brooks and the greenery. This is the main pool. Always clean
