There are way too many kids screaming almost every single day near my apartment. And the public pool...? don't even think about going there during the summer, it's like a zoo of little humans screaming, jumping, splashing water everywhere. Not much privacy. Can hear everything from the neighbors. Management could try a little more. Not protecting tenants. Love the maintenance manager. Visitor parking gets to improve.

Interesting to see so many bad reviews of this place. I have been here for years. The management staff has changed a bit, but Hoa and Hein has always been great with my concerns or any issues I have had. They have got another great staff member in office name Mysti who helps with anything I need. For individuals complaining about being towed there are numerous signs stating park by permit only. The office is always glad to hand out guest permits when available when you go and ask for one. I did hope the gym hours were 24hrs which would be great with my hectic schedule. Overall, since I moved in I have not yet thought of looking for another replace. Yes, the rent is a bit high but in this area rent is the same, unless you want to live in an area where you can’t park after 3, not gated and no security. There are many benefits to this complex. I give the staff a 5 star from the office to the maintenance who always comes through and does great work. People complain about roaches I haven’t had a problem with any pest. The pest control is here every Monday if you need, just go to office and request services.

Don’t ignore the overwhelming negative reviews. Car break ins are common. Homeless encampment set up right outside the complex. Apartment management is predatory when towing cars. No guest parking. Lots cockroaches throughout the complex. Very sad considering the fact that the location is perfect for me. Excited to move out.

I am a current resident counting the days I can leave this horrible place. The parking sucks. My girlfriends handicap van was wrongfully towed twice causing us to pay over $1,000. Cockroaches and spiders everywhere that they crawl out of the ac unit.Laundry room only takes a prepaid card and most of the time the closest machine (half way across the complex) is out of order with no sign. It's eaten at least $30 since I've lived here. Giant dogs are running all over even though in the leasing office there is a sign with pictures regarding dogs that are not allowed in the complex. Baby German Shepherds and Husky's walking around being noticed by maintenance people but nothing is ever done. They are lunging at other people and dogs with small children holding the lease being pulled behind them. The same cars will continue to be parked in the guest parking. Best believe all of them belong to residents of the complex and that is why you can never have friends or family over. I've watched people pull out of the complex in one vehicle, park it, back a vehicle up from the guest parking and trade cars to avoid breaking the complex's 72 hour rule. I can see the visitors parking from my bedroom and for the past 2 weeks the same black Volkswagen SUV has been parked in the same corner spot without moving once. Apparently purchasing a parking placard means that even then you also only have 72 hours in your own designated parking spot. You also pay for a gate clicker only to find out that the gate is either broken half the time or being blocked by non-residents waiting so close to the gate it looks like their cars are touching it waiting for someone that actually lives there to let them in. There are constantly people parking in the ONLY HANDICAP SPOT in the lot or they park right behind it, blocking in anyone who tries to park there. They have also provided dog waste bags for the front residents of the complex. I have not only never seen a dispenser for dog waste bags in my area of the complex but I have also never found a trash to throw my dogs waste away unless I walk to the dumpster, the laundry room, or take it home with me. Children are running and screaming all hours of the day. They ride their bikes in the middle of the walkway constantly causing other residents to walk through the grass and take a chance on stepping in dog poop that was left by another resident. The pool and gym are more than half way across the complex. Once you get there you are lucky if it's not crowded because of someone's party or you find a band-aid on the side or better yet a guy with a bloody nose in the Jacuzzi. The complex has also sent email regarding handrail installation. I have never seen anyone working on these handrails in my area of the complex but the more expensive apartments in the front of the complex have had the rails for at least 2 months. They deliver internal mail at very late hours of the night. With only myself, my girlfriend and our small dog living in the apartment, it was very nerve racking and worrisome. I've also had a drone fly right by my window for more than 20 minutes at a time just hovering right outside. It is also very unprofessional and irresponsible to have a FIRE break out in a laundry room and never explain it to the residents that saw it and/or were effected by it. I also think that when only 2 people live in the apartment in question it is not asking too much to address BOTH residents. They decided to use my girlfriends full name but addressed me as "All other occupants" which in reality is more letters and space on the paper than just using my name. All I really have to say is STAY AWAY!!!!!!
