Love living here at seapointe villas, but one of the things I’m most thankful for here at seapointe is our maintenance man Andy! I can’t say good enough things about him. I’ve had a garage that broke down and he responded and fixed it quickly so that I was able to get to work. He even went a step further and swept my garage that was full of leaves and other debris while he was fixing the garage! Another time, we had a small water leak in the late evening and he dropped what he was doing and immediately took care of it to ensure my family’s safety. Whenever I have an issue with my apartment weather it’s small or big, I know I can depend on Andy to do everything he can to make our apartment safe and effective. He always goes above and beyond and when I ask him for extra help he is always eager to assist me. It’s nice to know that I and other residents can get the help we need when we need it! Loved living at Seapointe and wouldn’t have left if we hadn’t bought a house. Really friendly staff that was always on top of it, simple amenities but everything you need (pool, hot tub, gym, sauna). Garages, washer/dryer in unit, dog friendly and all the neighbors were very friendly and nice. No weirdness with moving out or dealing with fixing things. 10/10 recommend!!

As of June 13th, I was able to lease one of their 3 bedroom apartments, which is beautiful. The wood floors, central air and heat, in unit laundry and updated kitchen with stainless appliances speak for itself. The grounds of the complex is in good condition. The amenities are great too, only wish there was more than one bbq available for residents to use. I’ll update my review as time progresses. I hope to be here for more than a year.

I lived here for 2 years and my son has lived there for 4 years. The units are invested with rats. When I first discovered them they said property manager told me they would do nothing about this. They would come out at night and pee and poop all over my furniture. When I moved out the underneath cabinets and behind the refrigerator was covered in rat poop. The property manager is awful. She never answers the phone and takes week to get back to you. They have tried to improve the exterior, but the interiors are cheap. They never replace anything just constantly repair.
