Poor customer service. The staff treated people like they were doing them a favor by shopping there, and personally I got charged for a job they didn’t even do. The Cerritos location is a better option.

Came here to get my ring inspected to keep it updated and they wanted us to wear a mask even with the mask mandate no longer in order and lifted. I am on medical leave for Ada and personally it is from the masks and chemicals used in my workplace. They would not accept that. That there was a violation of my medical rights. because they were not willing to serve me and said I could not leave my ring there for them to inspect. My husband was even willing to wait outside. Honestly the only time these people act like they want your business is when you come in to buy. After we purchased my ring 7 years ago but come in to check it. They're smiles go away and hospitality. And that's why we stopped buying jewelry here now I remember.

After spending hours with a custom jeweler designing two one-off diamond/white gold pendant multiple thousand dollar necklaces, then waiting 6 weeks for the finished product, the store ruined the surprise by handing both open pieces to my fiancé. Then, after less than a month owning them, one of the clasps broke. We took it in and the store manager informed me of the REPAIR price. I’d rather pay a custom jewelry small business to install a better clasp than ever give my money to this chain store ever again.
