There's never any parking and God forbid you park somewhere that you're not sure about, 10-30 minutes later BOOM!! you'll get towed, $365. Its a nightmare. They really need to do something.

Parking is atrocious. Coming home after work and not being able to find any parking spots really makes your day. Tenants end up parking by red curbs and hoping they don't get towed.

So this is actually a review for one of their vendors, Rex Resurfacing. My bathtub and counters needed to be resurfaced upon moving in. This vendor came in and did a nice job but overspray had floated and coated the top of my practically brand new fridge. The owner was wonderful. He came out himself to take care of it and to rectify the issue. Highly recommend Rex. He truly cares about his clients and his employees. An amazing business man!

Stayed for a week short term VRBO to rental, absolutely loved these apartments, great location, loads of places nearly and very easy to get in and out of Newport beach, great pools and facilities and not at all noisy. Highly recommended
