Hugo López, Director of the CA Lottery, is so stupid his brain must be something other than human. He purchased thousands of new lottery vending machines that are incapable of giving change. Which means that they are incapable of being autonomous and require an attendant. In the year 2018 it is common practice to buy a pack of gum, or a bottle of water, and get change. Vending machines are expected to give change. I put the smallest bill that I had, a twenty, and I expected to get $14 in change. This reasonable expectation is unreasonable when dealing with a moron like Hugo López. This incompetent needs to be investigated for corruption or fired for gross incompetence.

They tell you that it will take between 6 - 12 weeks. Probably to square away what state and federal tax you have to pay, and also if you owe the state anything. Uncle Sam wants his money.
Yes. they gave him the 1000
3000 thousand
I don't know what a crack tax is but they only tax you on winnings of 3,000 or more
Scan all your ticket for 2nd chance I won $25,000 in may 2021 so it works
