Dr. Thayer showed me a different perspective to my health that changed my life. It wasn’t easy, but I’m glad I did his 2 week program. He showed me I have to take my health seriously, especially when it comes to getting proper sleep. Compared to where I was before I began working with Dr. Thayer, I’m feeling better now, getting proper sleep, and looking to continue that health journey. for 3 years i was living with inflammation of the sacrum and the pain on my lower back was insane , left shoulder pain, inflammation on the back of my head skull, lots of pain on my jaws, inflammation on my gums, and sinuses problem i was sleeping 3 or for hours every night. i was living a miserable live. i have seen doctors, quiropractic, yoga acupuncture and others who said i will cure you from any health issues but nothing happened i was hopeless. honestly i was sketchy about going to so cal quiropractic and now i am so glad i did thank you to Dr ACE my life changed a lot in just two weeks of treatment. now i am pain free.and my memory start to comeback my acid reflux minimized to 15% from 100% my sacrum pain is gone. i simply can't believe it. it is amazing. Dr. Ace is amazing. knows what he’s doing. For all those with negative thoughts and opinions. probably you weren’t listening to what he was saying. honestly, i had some doubts also but when i started listening and caring for my body. i did notice a big change on myself. i’ve been injured for over a year. been to 3 different doctors. couldn’t do jack for me. saw an acupuncture that helped a little but when i saw Dr. ace. he surly knew and did what he said. took him 2 weeks to help me on most parts. the rest is on me. i’ve been struggling with this pain for a year and man i am so glad that i followed through with the treatment. i highly recommended Dr ace if your unsure where to go.

I have neck, shoulder, lower back and hip problem. I have seen chiropractor, physical therapists, pain management clinics in the fast and none of them provided a long-lasting relief. My pain doctor already closed his tool box for me because there is nothing else he can do for me. I have seen Dr. Ace Thayer’s Youtube video on the internet and I decided to give him a try. I attended Dr Thayer’s two- week treatment program. I was blown away on how he explained and point out all the issues I’m having by looking at all my x-rays. He is straight forward and does not sugar coat anything. He tells it like it is. He destroyed my 30 years of training in the military (stand straight, chest out, hands on the side) posture and reprogrammed my brain on how I to correctly stand, sit and sleep (Thayer Method). His neck adjustment technique is WORLD CLASS. Nothing to compare of from my previous chiropractors. My first neck adjustment alone provided me a tremendous relief from my neck, shoulder, lower back and hip pain. Getting out pain is my ultimate goal and Dr. Thayer was always there for me as Doctor, Coach and Instructor. His two-week treatment program helped me achieved my goal. Getting out of pain is a bonus, but the ultimate prize of having a NEW Personality is priceless. I’m a totally different person after my treatment (happy, personable, and relaxed.)
