I give this place a 5 star even though it was my first time going here to sell my items. I bought in at least more then 10 items of clothing and only 4 was chosen which I was sad, but I got $19.04 which was a really good deal to me since the clothing are very old style. Plus the customer service was amazing, all of the ladies that worked their was hella nice and would have a normal convo with you. They were amazing and I would definitely come back here.

Loved the store so much! Great atmosphere and clothes, WONDERFUL customer service!!! I’m so glad they have a mask policy to keep their customers safe and well. Kelly was amazingly sweet and kind when I asked her for help, and another girl that was at the door handing out FREE masks to customers who didn’t have any. Definitely will be shopping here again and recommending the store to my family and friends!

They care for their employees and patrons by requiring face masks & are even kind enough to pass them out to those who may not have one. Thank you for caring about those of us with actual health conditions & making the world a little safer. Great job Kelly & staff. Love u!!! 💞

We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.
Hi Edward! While we are still operating on an appointment based system for in-person selling, we are sometimes able to accommodate walk-ins if we have a break in appointments. We are still accepting drop-offs without an appointment though!
Hello, as of now Crossroads Trading is closed until March 28th. That could be extended, check their website or instagram for updates.
