Terrible customer service!!! I had to return and pick up an online order. Waited for over an hour to return and then the lady told me I need to get another line to pick up my online order. Waited for 30 minutes. I checked the shorts I received at the store and some stitches were loose so I asked the store manager to help process for exchange. He told me I need to get in line again which will take another an hour (could be more…the line was even longer by then). They shipped a defective item and the store manager basically told me that was not his fault and does not care. I understand store is busy but they could provide a lot better service. I contacted customer service on chat and phone. They all are not helpful and cannot process simple exchange. Now they say escalated my case and need to wait 24 to 48 hours. I’m just tired of this store and Zara in general. The other recent online order also had a huge hole on the side. I had to wait at this store for an hour to return. I told the lady at the cashier about the hole and she just put tag back on and returned to the store for sale. UPDATE: after waiting for 2days, they never called me as promised so I called. They said they need another 72 hours. It’s been 6 days and no one has reached out.

Management at this Zara really needs to optimize the checkout process. Waiting in the lines in this store are worse than waiting at the DMV. The lines block the flow of traffic for shoppers and people in line always look so grumpy. I tried going to return an item at an off peak hours, but regardless of the effort, I still waited about an hour in line. As dramatic as it sounds, it's an experience that quite frankly could ruin your day.

The most unorganized store ever . I’ve personally wait for picking up my order 1 hour until one of the managers came to figure everything up, unbelievable! Mixed up people order . So disappointed!
