If you have total tech membership, they request you make an appt through their Best Buy website for service. It would not hurt to check with them at store if they happen to have a time slot open that day. They are very helpful. They can tell you right there if your issue is an easy fix.

To be honest I wouldn't know, lately I've been having issues with them been lairs. About doing stuff or having inventory. Good luck talking to someone over the phone
